A gas boiler service, will take between 45 minutes and 1 hour to complete. At the end of the gas boiler service, our Gas Safe registered engineer, will provide you with a gas safety certificate, detailing all the checks that was carried out, during the gas boiler service.
Yes, it is compulsory for your landlord to service your boiler, as instructed by the manufacturers. The boiler should be serviced Gas Safe registered engineer.
We can issue landlord gas safety certificates, as we are Gas Safe registered engineers. We can perform gas boiler services and gas boiler safety checks, in properties that are rented to tenants. Once the gas boiler service is completed, a landlord gas safety certificate will be issued and given to the tenant and the landlord. The gas safety certificate will be kept by the landlord as it is his responsibility to ensure that boilers are serviced and installed by Gas Safe registered engineer. A copy of the certificate should kept be kept with the tenants, so both parties will be aware of all the checks that have been carried out during the gas boiler service.
